Think this is a 1227748.  It's for a 4 cyl DIS car, manual
calibrations are available.  
The only 4 cyl I find w/727 that has a good chance of being DIS is a
1992 Lumina w/ 2.5l VIN R and it's auto only.

Yes to manual.
