Yep... OTC-2000 was a scantool made by OTC tools.  It's discontinued.  That 
"kit" is the software cartridge it needs to access the vehicles listed on 
the page.
They used cartridges for each manufacturer until about 89 or 90 when they 
went to a "3 in 1" cartridge that held GM/Ford and Chrysler info in one box.
