I've seen something similar over here.  The ECM had a pair of 32 pin
plugs - both either blue or pink (I forget).  The ECM is 16196393, the
EPROM is BJCF.  The EPROM is in a 28 pin carrier with a blue plastic
lid.  On the bottom of the carrier, it is molded "BLUE".  It is
apparently a one-off used in just the 1994 Pontiac Sunbird 2.0 L4 automatic.
