Disassembly steps for Gm ecm eeprom

I echo Jon's request for a dissassembler.  I'm looking for the VSS
constant for the 7747.  I few week ago remember someone play with a
730(?) and tweaking the 2002/4004  pulse constant.  Any ideas?
