That page has been up since late 94.  MOST of the chips listed were 
pre-development at the time and never made it to production.  The 
Harris/Intersil (HIP7XXX line) do exist and I have some of the 7010, 7020 
and 7030A0.  Don't know of any manufacturer that went with these, but they 
are available.
Development board for the 7030 line is over $1000.00.  No educational discount.
