PDF for iAN28F512

Does anyone have the datasheet for the Intel 28F512 on their hard disk
anywhere? Seems Intel throws 'em in the bit bucket after the product is
discontinued. AMD doesn't have one for a 512 on their web site either...
Want to see if I can directly use a more conventional A28F010 in its place
(and double the programming), or if I have to buy from a legacy shop... :)

If you have it, I'd sure appreciate a copy!
