Mike,
	Most Eprom reader/writers will handle the Flash memories. I
personally have a Needham pb-10. I had to custom wire a PLCC
socket to fit the chip, but my unit new about the dip
version of the Intel 28F512, so I just wire up a PLCC socket
and hooked it to the PB-10 ribbon cable.
