Some of the FM mafs used also had the Mat included.
That is why 5 pins 3 for Maf 2 for Mat
If you gota V8 bosch the other two pins are for
the burnoff function

Subject: Mass Flow Meter Questions
Well, I need a little help. Spent several days going through local
pick-a-part places and finally found one mass flow meter on a 1987
Chevrolet Celebrity.
I was expecting three pins on the connector but there were five. After
some digging I found this:
Marked on sensor wire color ECM connection
M Tan F16 MAF signal
M Purple 5v return
+ Orange MAF relay to +12v
- Black-white Ground
F Brown-white F10 MAF signal
I connected the thing to 12volts and ground but could get no response
from either the M or F lines. Does anybody know what these are and what
sort of signal I should see?
