Try dasmx. It does code threading and is shareware I think.

Do a web search for dasmx120.zip and you'll find. 1.2 is latest
I have. It does 6800, 6809, 6502, Z80, 8048, 8080, 2650. 

It's pretty easy to use too. If you need a hand in setting it
up...
