TPS default fer MAP

Hi Gang

In the AUJP code there is a default calculation subroutine
which is used if the map is faulty

Normally the Map error is checked, if set the a/d results are
discarded and the results of this calc is used.
The calc makes a 2 d table using start points and slope
These are in lookups so adjustable.

Use the closed tps bit to enable this subroutine
and you guys should get what you want
