CSH,HQ update, and EFI injector question

We just need to use a 'disposable' power source for 
a couple weeks.  Then he should be moving into an 
apartment type arrangement with some other patients.
At that time, a desktop PC will work..
They just won't let him plug anything in where he is at 
right now. 
Thanks to everyone for the responses, both public & private.
