All of the later (96 - 99) ECM's and PCM's have the DRAC built in
vituualy all of the GM systems are based on the number of tire turns in a
mile. the Vss sensors output either 2000 or 4000 pulses per mile. There are
a few exceptions, the 95 F car with manual xmish is different.
The Drac is a digital divider that standardizes the actual input to the ECM.
Older vehicle had the DRAC function in the instrument panel, like the 87 -
92 C/K trurk etc.
