A GN Promdata Question

Have you got a scan tool hooked up when cold ? What are the IAC values
(cold), CTS (cold), pulse width (cold), etc...base timing. Is the IAC
responding to commands ??
Make sure your fuel pressure is up to snuff and the volume is OK.
