I've never programmed on the hc11 family, so I'm trying to get a handle on
the beast befor starting from scratch. Once get C code to work, the whole
730 will also make a good general purpose microcontroller

the first project I did at work was a nobios startup on a NS486sxf, no stack,
no working ram ( the first thing I did was setup the ram). I've worked in the
dark before.

djgpp is a dos port of gcc go to
http://www.delorie.com
that will get you gcc ( gnu C compiler)

what controller are in the gm pcms??
