747 swap - TCC control using kick down output from ECM

I was trying to avoid messing with the s/w as I don't have easy access to a EPROM burner ( not yet anyway).

Personnallly I reconfigure it to the actual gm way, then in 4 years if a 
problem arose, at the corner of walk and don't walk, after havig a 6 pac, 
you would still just need to read the book.
