Well the manual is a 1.7 Mb .pdf (downloading

look seems an awful like a 6809 plus a few bells and whistles:

             "High-speed expanded systems required the development of
             the 68HC11Fl. This particular chip series stands out with
             its extra l/O ports, an increase in static RAM (1 Kbyte),
             chip selects, and a 4 MHz non-multiplexed bus." 

Just unearthed an HP 1651A in the back of the garage, wonder if a module is
available.
