8192 uart chip

Hello All

I am trying to find out what chip i need to fill in the missing spot in my
808 to get 8192 baud..

Anyone with a 1227165 may be able to help be to there should be a 28 pin
plcc chip or 16 pin dip respoinsable for the job.

I think I have found the chip from delco's web site

but the problem is how the hell do i get one ?????
