Loctite for TB fasteners?

The instructions in my GM manual state that some of the screws have to be
installed with Loctite 262.  I have 242 (medium strength - blue) and none
of the real parts stores have any idea what it is.  The manual also gives a
GM part number for it, so before I go talk to the arrogant dealer parts
people, does anyone know what this stuff is?
