Actually, no boost right now.  A turbocharger comes later, but I want to get
my car running at 1atm for now.
However, Disabling the 2ATM option in the .bin is presenting it's own set of
problems (I have a 1atm map sensor in the car right now).  I think I am just
going to go out and buy a 2atm Map sensor and leave 2ATM Enabled.
