ALDL Interfaces

Hi GMECM Pals,

I've been working on reading the ALDL stream on my PC for a while now
(with help from many, thanks!).  I've probably built three interfaces, my
latest uses a MAX235 (no external components).  My question to you guys
is: How are you wiring the RS-232 control lines (exactly?).  I've tried a
number of different setups with varied results, and like to know what
everyone else is doing and how successful the results have been.
