The '8321 is almost the same as the '7748.  The only difference is the
value of some of the resistors connected to the limp-home chip. 
Eventually I'll update the '7748 schematic on my web pages to include
the resistor values for the '8321.  (I've got them written down...)

BTW, these two ECMs have two or more circuit board variations.  The
difference is in the 1/4 watt surface mount resistors.  The first design
uses little cylindrical shaped resistors.  The later design uses flat
resistors that are just bigger versions of the generic 1/8 watt surface
mount resistors.  The '8321 might have used only the later circuit board version.
