Been talked about at DIY, but never gets anywhere.
The O2 feedback for the finer points seems to mess things up. As Integrator
changes it must
respond after a delay. Delay and response need to be tunable by ecm..
Would need a PWM pulse width measuring tool to make it worth while for
doing C-3s
