After looking over the docs, this unit isn't any better (other than faster
serial transfer) than the one I was looking at...
It requires a reset of the host to download the data, then automatically
resets the host after the download is complete.
The other problem is it uses PAL's to configure the output device type...
Unless someone can re-write the logic and program PAL's it won't support the
27C512.
