'747 ign stuff

Hey, got a chance to do some testing this evening. I put
a new bin together with just ign changes, no fueling
differences at all. Makes it easier to see whats going
on.

Also, looks like I'm getting some valid info out the
aldl for timing. That is, what the ecm is setting the
timing to, plus initial that the ecm doesn't know about.

I'll get it out there soon...

P.S. If anyones using azty (730/3.1l/v6), check locations
0x733 & 0x736, for the can-go-faster values.
