Serial Data again.

Hi all,

I've been scanning those Hex numbers again and I have another question on
data receive messages.

0000 - Next entry address
F4 - Id , followed by -

80 - Use PROM table
or
40 - Use RAM table

but I've also seen 00 and 20 used here, what to these refer to?.
