P4 MCU

I put the MCU from a 16198625 into special bootstrap mode and read 
it's permanent ID from the PROM area using a Motorola utility called 
PCBUG.  This particular MCU was indeed ID'd as a HC11F1.  I'm not 
saying all P4's are HC11F1 based, but I'm 100% convinced this particular 
one is.
