1227730 ALDL monitor (beta) available

Since I found no free ALDL monitor program for the 1227730 and 1227727
ECMs, I made my own. I would appreciate a lot of testing to make it work
like DIACOM. See

Also available: an .ECU file (beta) for the PROMEDIT program to change
tables in a 1227730 EPROM (no more speed limiter!). Have fun.
