Beat that dead horse again! clarification PLUS new question

The TPI peaks at more like 2800  rpm.  By 4500 the long and small runners
are way off.  There is lots of aftermarket intake parts to improve the high
rpm flow and tuning, e.g. siamesed runners and large port base plates.
