INTRODUCTION

I have yet to figure CSH, HQ out after a few weeks on the list and must
admit my curiousity is peaked.  What is it?  I'm going crazy with bad
guesses I'm sure!!!

For the first timer TBI or as close to it as possible in my book, can always
