"DELCO BKCZ 0504" ID questions.

I have a 27128 EPROM from (I believe) a 1227808 memcal (EPROM has 
part number 014 67633 B9342 with an "AJ" within the pin one stripe). 

Anyone know what vehicle this would have come from?

What does the "BKCZ 0504" on the metalised sticker over the 
EPROM window actually refer to? 

Is there a consistent GM code used to ID these EPROMs?
