Make sure it comes with the unipak option. The unipak on my Data I/O 29A
programmer has all the ZIF sockets for almost all of the EPROMS. Data I/O
has a BBS with info on their programmers or call 1/206/882/3211 . With the
low price of PC programmers out there I wouldn't offer to much. My old 29A
weighs about the same as the 121A. My unit does a self test when powered up
and is usually a good indication of the unit working..... but beware. Make
sure the manuals have the Device and family codes for the EPROMS you want to
program. I would guess 20 station means that 20 Eproms can be gang
programmed at one time. The problem could be that only one type or family of
EPROM could be used. The Data I/O people should be able to help.
