6d BTDC, with EST disconnected, min idle speed, will do.  For grins often I
use
8-10, thou at 10 hot restarts can start to get tempermental.
  If you don't have a burner yet, you might talk kindly to the guys at the
local recycling center, and see if you can appropriate proms from other 747s
they may have.
