7749 Prom ID

This past weekend I pulled a 7749 ecm from a quad four 89 (?) Grand AM
and can't seem to find any correlation with the numbers on the prom
package to what I've seen on other 7749 ecm's. On the blue cover it has
the following : Delco 7614 BJFZ, on the eprom tape tag  it has 4307 1619
3331, the eprom itself has  014 67633  B944AT. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
