Holden 16 pin OBD style ALDL connector

OK, here goes, taken from the Holden Service Manual.
Looking into the connector on the car (hope the spacing works!!)

[9 ][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]

1 - Secondary UART - SRS
5 - Signal Earth
6 - ECM/PCM Diag test enable
9 - Primary UART - ABS,BCM,ECM/PCM
12 - ABS Diag test enable
13 - SRS Diag test enable
16 - Battery Voltage +V
