If your injectors are way too big for your app,
it would be better to see if a list member has smaller
ones, and wants to upgrade.  Dropping the FP below 30psi
doesn't sound good from a spray pattern or atomization
standpoint.  Beginning a project with parts that you *know*
will require a band-aid, is never a good idea, when more 
suitable ones are readily available.    You'll have plenty 
of variables to dial in, even with the correct sized
parts...
