[admin] What next.... (MUST READ)

I have not followed this for a little bit but I currently run a ftp and
small web server off of my cable modem. I would be happy to host a couple of
sites and a mail server. Giving someone outside the server all permissions
for it for admin and set-up. also back up all server files regularly on CD.
All I might ask is harddrive space.
