This is groovy.  The wife doesn't understand the big grin I'm wearing.

When you get some strength back, you'll have to explain why they did the
heart.  At one point you told us it was okay.  I'll guess it's sort of like
a tranny rebuild.  "Well, Mr Plecan, while we're in there and you're paying
for the labor to open it up, it'll only be a little more money to ....
