Dummy Sensors / Testing

Most of the sensors can be simulated with a resistive load, relays (use 68
Ohm 5W), or even just put 100 Ohm 5W for injectors (that clicking will drive
you crazy!!), same for F.Pump, I know some Trans Solenoids are checked (for
correct current drain), so they must be right (easier to use the 'real
thing' here).
