When Doc got busted in the skiing deal, we couldn't get the boat over about 
37 MPH, course with wheels+tires on  the trailer should have been good for
65 MPH or so.
Stands to reason, running the truck with one or more flat tires should limit 
the speed potential..

Or use a 555, as a missing pulse detector off the VSS, and maybe turn one 
injector off, using a IRFxx (power Mosfet).

Trouble with using the TCC means your not using it, ei manual trany 
application, but then you lose the shift light.
