Wouldn't 86 3.8 FWD, be a 148?.
Yes, if your trying to use that harness, in a turbo application, then you
have to move things around, like to get wastegate. But, the ecm itself is
right (with proper prom), for any of those applications!.
Any 1227148, will plug into a 86-87 Buick GN, correctly, with no wiring
changes.

Got my first 30 day supply of meds., geeez 2/3 of a paper grocery bag,
packed solidly. 12 medications, 80 pills a day. Glad to have insurance for
medications.....
Next door is a construction crane with a boom, about 120' long, they
forgot to lock it down, so it's acting like the world's largest weather vane..
