IAT/MAT function

It appears that the IAT/MAT sensor is used for EGR
calcs (on/off), cold-start fuel, and hot-start fuel. 
The calculation used for the normal VE also includes a
IAT/MAT value : VE CALC = ((MAP - EGR part press) *
CYL VOL)/((MAT + 233) * 128))

That's all i've found so far.  This is all based on
the ecmguy dissasssemebleieio of anht.
