I am confused, apparently.  I tried using acsu0024 bin and the car idled 
okay, but displayed surges or lags aptly described like a "turn signal 
flasher in frequency"  I took the bin added the 95h to the very last byte 
and redid the checksum.  But alas it still surges in exactly the same way.  
What did I miss?
