REDLINE ON A 3.4L DOHC

This reminds me of when the 3.4L dohc first came out. The local PDI tech at
the Olds dealer called saying something was wrong with the new engines.
Come to find out he liked to rev them in neutral and the ecm cuts off the
injectors at about 3500 rpm's in neutral. (Anti-abuse feature)
