Why would I conceivably buy a manual when I can get such specific
information such as:
.."on ramp"
"..crank hits concrete"
"7500-15000 RPM unless compression release is active"
Or my personal favorite "High, really high. Those things really wind".
Therefore Fuel Cutoff = (unsigned char) Really High/25, or for counts of
reference pulses........
