multiple O2 sensors

Has anyone used multiple (1 per clinder) O2 sensors to monitor individual 
cylinder conditions?  In my airplane I use an egt with a sensor in each pipe 
with a simple selector switch but it is all analog low tech.

Any thoughts on the smallest/cheapest way to go?
