Felpro EFI... Where do ya get it?

Halp,
My friend bought the newest Holley "Projection 4"
 for his 402 BB Chev and has had enough problems, that 
Summit has agreed to take it back..
Since the Felpro is so highly rated, he asked me to price
it out for him.  Summit has no listing for it at all...
Is it marketed under the Felpro name?
Where is the pricing to be found?
