What is the dynamic range of the AFR sweeps across stoichiometric?

You can get a idea if you hear engine hunting(cycling lean rich)
and watching RPM drop. This about 12 - 16
In design of a feedback carb it had to have control range of 4 a/f
10-18.  If rapid tipin tipout or load change.
