Not to be picky, but I looked at it this weekend, and the doc is called
TuneTip1.doc, I believe.  I know I was confused first time I tried to find
tuning.doc (but, then that's not hard.:-)

For an idea try tuning.doc at the FTP.  Most gm maps have the PE timing
added as a function of TPS (and other parameters).
