manifold machining

Anyone know anybody that can machine the holes and weld the bungs for a carb
to EFI conversion on a Torker 2, and the price? I have the rails and
bungs...
Rance wants $500 and I think that's a lot steep...
Any suggestions/thoughts/recommendations?
That's the last part of my EFI retrofit to do...
