 Having ecms, tcms, pcms, share signals, can generate problems.  Some use
different pull up
resistors so the different controllers would be thinking different values.
I had tried this approach with the ecm bench, and things got very confusing.
Figure out what Items need controlled, and how to do that, one controller is
better then 2 in my book.  Some of the pcms can run either strategy, I've
been told..
